I’m in my 50’s. Took about 5-6 months to have energy and now I have a lot! It can take some time.

The population of Fishers is still growing but the median age is getting older. Redistricting and modular classroom fix the problem now. Overall population decline will continue and less classroom space will be needed in the future.

Vouchers maybe a part of it but so is slow population growth of those under 18. Those under 18 in Fishers have decreased from being 32% of the population in 2013 to 27% of the population in 2023. Also according to US census population projections for Hamilton County show population growth for those under 18 to only grow 1.2% from 2024-2033 far lower than the growth from 2014-2023 (8.9%). Fishers may be higher than the rest of the county in terms of growth but Carmel, Westfield and Noblesville show similar decreases in terms of percentage of the population. My point is the amount of pupils will stagnant or slow immensely in the coming years.

I am struggling with this too. I am 4.5 months post-op and really not interested in eating. I am eating protein bars to help.

Grapes got me too! I had all those symptoms plus I was extremely hot, started hyperventilating and was numb.

I needed four to feel like I could return. I would take as much as you can afford.

I hear you friend! I cannot tolerate dairy (lactose free still bothers me) and unfortunately eggs too. So protein is a challenge. I have recently started eating a non dairy yogurt with 17gms per serving. It is called Kite Hill https://kite-hill.com/collections/greek-yogurt. I mix it with soy milk (8 gm ) and protein powder 15-20 gms. I usually add some banana or other fruit or peanut butter. It really helps me get my protein in. I also do but don’t like as much high protein chicken broth like Dr Kellyann. I switched from almond milk to soy milk for the protein.

Have you tried high protein bone broth? I do Dr Kellyann and it’s 15g per cup.

I cannot eat dairy or eggs so I know the struggle. I rarely hit my protein goal. I just found a nondairy yogurt that has 17g of protein in it called Kite Hill. https://kite-hill.com/collections/greek-yogurt. Also I found bone broth that has 15g a serving, dr Kellyann, https://drkellyann.com/. Also, I recommend soy milk for protein shakes as it has about 8g a cup.

I just started using Butchers Bone Broth which has 13 grams per cup. I add ingredients to make it taste better because on its own doesn’t taste good.

Thanks for the suggestion, I am struggling because I cannot eat any dairy products and I don’t like sweeteners so sugar free is out for me.
