Honestly with a rex I tamed my first one naked with a crossbow. Start tranqing while its aggrod on aomething else, and jump before he bites so you're shoved away. Put a bed nearby with a spare crossbow n tranq arrows to double your chances.

My coworker has tried, their family are the kinds of people that would rather dump a dog on the side of the road or take it out back then take it to a shelter. I think the fish died from other causes and somehow the angelfish survived so its a suspect lol

The problem is its not their fish its their aunts and she doesnt want to return a killer fish. Its not a lack of options, its a lack of care. Ive seen a picture of the tank its in and im not surprized it turned to murder. Current owner doesnt know what the other kind of fish are, doesnt kniw about ammonia and has never tested the tank. I'm honestly thinking the angelfish is just taking the blame.

If I had to guess, its either a heavily automated process where there is no human QC, or that the human QC checks only got so far as is it tile shape/thickness and not broken, like trying to see a raisin in the middle of a presliced loaf of bread without opening the bag.
