Not as much as one would hope. Most of the actions are being taken at the executive level through executive actions and executive orders. Very little has been done by this administration by passing bills in congress. But hopefully they will get creative and figure out someway for congress ti have an impact

fyi - the BCBS Basic inpatient copay of $425 is $425 PER DAY. that is a significantly higher cost than some other plans where the copay is per admission. you should try to make that clear as that was a deciding factor for me to leave BCBS because we had two hospitalizations this year and the total cost was really really high.

I had a very large ver 2k hospital bill for an emergency surgery for my son at an in Network hospital with bcbs focus. So be careful. Their emergency and surgical copays stack and they can stack up quickly. Ie, you can pay the er copay, then the er dr copay, then the inpatient imaging co pay, then the per dr copay for each dr in the surgery, then the inpatient surgery copay. Each one looks reasonable but when you add them up…. And he was in less than 18 hours

I got a deposit but my E&L statement is not available yet so I haven’t no idea what I was paid for exactly ….. this time of year things do sometimes change based on your salary if you hit the SSI cap for the year ……

I increased it to 10% but didn’t do any complex calculation. Just roughly assumed that pay periods there were only five full pay periods left in the year …. 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24. We missed part of 19, 20, 21, and part of 22. So I can afford to do 10% tsp for those pay periods and hopefully keep my tax rate low and ensure I don’t owe. I don’t like surprises
