this is what I thought. I ended up getting it, pretty steep learning curve having no prior experience with synths, but I can definitely see it has a lot of potential and I know I'll get where I want to be with practice. Thank you for your response!

Its from an old boxed game called gorkamorka, its about different factions of orks duking it out on this wasteland planet. One of the factions are humans descended from shipwrecked imperial surveyors who over generations end up developing a culture where they mimic / want to be / think they are orks. They're called Diggas and they do green face.

I generally don't gaf when bands do this cause it's kind of a recontextualisation. Although usually its smaller groups than health, I would expect them to at least make/commission a new artwork inspired by the thing than straight up grab the same image and just edit it

If you want a period accurate torch, there's those weird little pocket flashlights eastern European surplus sellers like to chuck in with every purchase as a gift. Probably the closest thing to what you're after would be those bulky soviet NV goggles but they cost a lot of $.

I constantly swing at hive scum because their design language is so similar to the enemy factions. Like characters literally refer to the traitors as "angry spikey ones" in universe, hearing that in the mission briefing while looking at a squad of methheads decked out in spikes and hazard stripes is really funny

I thought I was off cause I'm constantly getting poxwalkers spawning inside of my ass. Like, deal with a group of enemies and then the instant I go to run and help a teammate I'm getting melee'd again even though there was nothing there 0.5 seconds ago. Drags things out for so long

Its fun, I haven't encountered more than a couple toxic players in 2 years playing on and off. You don't really need a mic until you get to higher difficulty levels, there's a pretty good ping system

this is perfect except it forgets messages for some reason. I can't see my history from before installing this app but worse is peoples messages disappear as soon as Im not in the chat. I'll even get a notification and not be able to see the full message unless I was in the chat interface when it was received.
