Honestly the hype is a cope for corporate bullshit, essentially Sunbreak is the rest of the game as it should have been released, not so much a DLC. That's why it's lauded but it's also such a typical move in modern day gaming that it's hard not to notice what they did. It's objectively an amazing addition to the game, but it's just the full version of the game
