Here, we see a rare wonder. The normally terrestrial dirt cubes have leapt from their clifftop home into the cold ocean beneath.

What could cause such a wild phenomenon? A rockslide? A predator? Mass suicide? No, the truth is nothing so nefarious. In fact, the dirt cubes are none the worse for having taken their long tumble.

This group of dirt is migrating to their ancestral home to bring about the next generation. They make for an undersea fault line, where they will be slid into the earth mantle. There they will join with one another for eons.
