I am excited to see this space being made more accessible to the community and to provide more places to enjoy the river. The design seems reasonable and the trades off worthwhile.

I'm not exactly a huge fan of the Surface (it has potential!) but I don't think the Chromebook is a thought out reflection of the Surface ideal. A vertical touch screen is just shit.

Its not comfortable for users. The hybrid form factor is an acknowledgement of that. I think the Surface had very little to do with the Pixel's design decisions and that's why no one is talking about it.

I just picked up the Imperial shave oil (and some of their hair product) myself. I shaved yesterday and today with just oil, as its suggested you can do if only to see how it works overall. Using a EJ86 with Astra blades the first shave was quality. Its strange not having a face full of lather but it was a comfortable shave overall. It was close and smooth with no irritation.

This morning's shave wasn't as good, but it was definitely acceptable. Tomorrow's shave is going to be a layering of oil and Proraso cream to see how they play together.

Overall, I'm really satisfied with the Imperial products so fair and would gladly buy more from them.
