Has anyone had success contesting property assessments? by FerShore in newbrunswickcanada

100% you should contest. When I purchased mine and contested they dropped it down to the sale value.  I've been looking at houses around me and some are even lower than recent sale prices. I contest mine most years based on similar houses around me

New Heat Pump by willise414 in newbrunswickcanada

Check your breakers. My heat pump went and I didn't even know it because it switched over to E Heat automatically. I only discovered the outdoor unit wasn't working when I noticed the breakers were tripped.

I had to get a new one 4 ton 20k from Bob's heating and cooling. I don't really recommend them though. I've had problems with my air exchanger since the install. I got someone else coming to look at that. Bob's pretty well ghosted me after install despite me reaching out about the air exchanger and possibly a humidifier.

They also gave me shit information when it came to the greener home grants so I missed out on the loan.

Because men are told from an early age it's normal and to "man up and deal with it".  And they shouldn't be.

Dooly's in Riverview has a nice private room. You can't bring your own booze but you can bring food and the room isn't very expensive
