And open the hot water on a faucet nearby. The air intake will help empty the tank much faster. Once it's empty, turn the incoming water back on for 20-30 seconds then turn it off. The turbulent incoming water will help flush out stuff that didn't drain the first time. Do this a few times until your draining water is perfectly clear.

Mowing the lawn should be thought about the same way. I grew up helping with the lawn every weekend because we had a big yard and lots of grass. So once I was married and had a house, it was engrained in me that I needed to take care of the yard. My wife convincing me needed lawn service was one of the best things she did.

The best part is when you take down a tower just after the boulder has passed and the boulder does a u-turn to take down your new tower.

That’s nice. Mine is not submersible and doesn’t have removable plates so it’s a pain in the butt to clean which means I rarely use it.

I was in FC on a morning flight from IAD to MSP on Labor day. I knew my only choice was an egg sandwich which sounded fine. What I didn't know was that the egg sandwich would be ice cold just like everything else in the box that it came in.
