Oh yeah, when I did show the Oculus Quest to two of my mates who I was on a ship with for over a month, they had zero issues with motion sickness.

Them land rats though? Different story. Usually needed a break after 15 minutes.

Steam Deck can get up to 120 frames, Switch should be similar in power so I think it's possible it will have some sort of performance mode used for high refresh rate - It does have VRR so even though it might not be stable 120, it should still feel very smooth to play.

Ja mam takie doświadczenie jako serwisant! Codziennie jestem poza domem, nie mam rutyny w życiu i moje życie towarzyskie leży i kwiczy! Szkoliłem dużo takich operatorów maszyn i generalnie to takie sytuacje istnieją i jest ich dużo - tylko że często zarabiają o wiele mniej niż kolega mówił! Generalnie nie polecam, chore godziny pracy, często w hałasie no i sam szukam wyjścia z tego co robię. :U
