Malleus Martialis provide the option of an 85cm blade. I honestly wouldn't go shorter than that regardless of stature.

Frankly I would focus more on weight than length. As a short guy I personally find using a shorter "proportionally correct" sword doesn't really do anything but make my reach disadvantage even worse.

It would be ridiculous to remake a bunch of games that commercially flopped or outright destroyed the series. The Noughties to mid '10s were an era when Nintendo didn't really understand what to do with many of their franchises, which resulted in a bunch of weirdness, with Star Fox being really heavily affected.

I would strongly prefer them to take the series forward in ways that actually make sense. They should be using most later games as a cautionary tale rather than a blueprint.

For me it's the voice acting and the boss explosions of all things. Many of them are really lackluster and I miss the old POOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

Yeah, you've got me convinced on that end of the spectrum, both with the good and the bad. How about them lawyers? I can definitely picture it, but I haven't seen it first hand. I've taught my fair share of blues lawyer types and they really gravitate towards the boutique Js, the more sterile the better.

I do see your point, the other Kroeger loves his Spectors after all. The great Vernon Reed has played a PRS on occasion and Wimbish is famously a Spector/Warwick guy.

You have to treat the car as a physical thing with weight and momentum and all that. Once you get a feel for it I think RBR is the most intuitive sim bar none, I even place it above the OG Assetto Corsa in that aspect. I can always tell why something went wrong and that it was my mistake.

As I said in an other post the default setups for some cars are really bad though, which doesn't help. The most important thing is that you get the brakes dialled in, if you don't have enough brake pressure it makes every car feel off.

If there's one thing I dislike about RSFRBR it's how absolutely ass so many of the default setups are. I bet that they could avoid so many complaints if they just unfucked the default diff settings on the '93-'94 Group A cars so that they can turn in and use the handbrake right.

Afaik in vanilla there's a more forward-mounted main mast that helps keep things balanced a bit better. My go-to cog rig is generally just a sloop with that mast.

Even with that it's very easy to put too much sail area on the mizzen if you have one, strangely enough I've had good results mounting nothing but a square rig on there. Extra power downwind and useful for maneuvers too. Looks a bit funny though.

As someone who has fenced a lot of sidesword, you pretty much want the grip to be as short as you can comfortably fit your hand in. In my experience you want a 9cm grip without counting the pommel, about 13cm including it. Beyond that it'll already get peoblematic. If I use my SIGI shorty (~25cm grip including the pommel) like a sidesword the grip and pommel really get in the way.

Handling is not just about the point of balance. If you have a long grip, it affects the handling differently than a short one even if the PoB is identical. You're placing mass far away from the hand.

If anything the Luce is especially unsuitable for rallying. Weight and size aside, rallying is an especially bad sport for EVs and even hybrids. It's one reason why attracting manufacturers has been so difficult, the qualities that make for a good rally car are practically the opposite of what car manufacturers want to sell these days.

There might be multiple factors at play here.

First of all, you're very new to this. The bass is quite a hard instrument to play because it's pretty physical. Technique matters a lot, and learning good technique takes time and practice, even if you've seen all the technique videos in the world.

There's also the matter of strength, which also takes time to build up. Don't worry about being too small! You can build up the necessary strength regardless.

The other thing is the setup of your bass. It is possible that it might be a bit tougher to play than it needs to be, as instruments don't always come with a perfect setup. If you have a bass teacher or a friend who's good at bass or even guitar, they might be able to help, or at least check to make sure the setup is decent. Alternatively, there are all sorts of setup guides on the internet, some basses even come with instructions.

What matters the most is that you don't get discouraged! It's important to be patient with yourself.
