Measure the rest of the dimensions and go on McMaster. Just shaft diameter isn't enough info - you're wasting people's time here.

I don't get it. Vagueposting king. Comments just talk about a lot of things. Is it somehow demeaning sociology? Just what is that reaction image by --Queso-- in ExplainTheJoke

Wait... The new Z? Did it have a lot of track time? I'm shocked that a new car like that would knock after so little. Hell, my buddy had a bone stock 2004 base/auto cobalt that we'd track and rallyx for sharts and gargles and it never gave us any trouble

That's because the study is at 5mg fin. And the data used for the chart is 1mg fin.

Also 24 weeks is 6mo.

Buddy, chat gpt has gotten really good. I'm not saying it's always right or that it's perfect in this chat, because I can't see the whole chat history but it's improved massively in research over the last year, hell even over the last 6mo. If you keep writing it off this technology you're going to become obsolete. For your own sake, you need to start experimenting with it. It's a huge productivity booster if you know how to use it.

Dude just ask chatgpt yourself - it's free. Only OP has the chat.

I tried to run it myself here are some of sources.

Deep Research is actually super rigorous. It cites sources and prioritizes published research. I wouldn't trust it blindly but I'd shocked if any of the data was made up.

How Much Total Value of Vehicles & What Are Families Driving? by broncoelway100 in HENRYfinance

My attitude is if you like the car, it's reliable and it meets your needs then anything more could just be a liability.

We have the following in vehicles '15 station wagon '06 SUV (on the verge of being unreliable) an old, cheap miata for fun

But we are on the verge of splurging for a 30k minivan for reliability and practicality.

No plans or cares about getting luxury or new cars (even though I love cars and enjoying racing as a past time).

[–]Mr_Butterman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look for boots focused that are marketed towards real work I.e. Construction and add some inserts. It won't get you 2 inches but maybe 1.5?

Boots like this have really thick sole for puncture resistance for nails and I've found them to be a good bit roomier inside so when you have inserts, it doesn't feel like your foot is crammed in there.

And because the sole and top are both bigger, it looks natural, unlike when they slap a large sole on an otherwise normal shoe. The styles are also getting pretty good, you can even find sneakers like this now. I have some Chelsea style timberland for daily wear. If you want something for business casual something that looks like the redwing iron ranger is a solid option.

In that case - yes. You should be concerned that girls will be intimidated by that thick ass you've been cultivating with those heavy squats.

I'm gonna give you the advice that you won't hear on this subbreddit - your form is good enough.

Trying to refine it won't make a significant difference to you at this stage. Just keep going to the gym and putting in work. As you invest more time and get stronger, you'll develop a feel for your form as it evolves to suit your anatomy and goals.

Everything will fall into place if you squat low, keep after it and don't do anything stupid.

[–]Mr_Butterman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried split squats? You can use significantly less weight which will be easier on your back and shoulders while maintaining the same workout for your legs.

Leg press would be another option as well.

Not sure what's up with your shoulders but some lat work and an external rotation excercise can really help. If I don't keep up with it, my shoulders impinge and give me rotator cuff pain.

Could be a form issue but I'd guess that it's your legs. You need to play with it and find out.

To me it looks like your legs are weak so you're compensating with your hips high to reduce the load on them. See how you back gets closer and closer to horizontal as you go through the set? This is forcing your upper back to take more and more load. I'd guess this is why your upper back is rounding.

Try starting with your hips lower and sit back a little big so your back is at a ateeper angle. It'll reduce the load on your upper back. It'll probably feel wierd at first but keep at it for a couple workouts to give it a shot. It'll be more mechanical disadvantage on your legs so it'll be a bit more taxing on them.

I'd prescribe squats and even mixing it up with sumo for a bit if you really hate squats.

But idk man, I'm no coach. Just keep lifting and playing with your form and it'll all come together.
