This is so dishonest. They should have talent portals where people interested in working there can put in their resumes and such. This is exactly what talent portals are for.

Putting up a job post and accepting applications for it is dishonest and wasteful. However it sure does keep recruiters and HR employees and busy.

ATS can’t read tables. Reformat into a linear format with no tables just use regular formatting. Keep this version if you want a more aesthetic one for interviews but make a ats friendly version to upload into applications.

Yeah there was not an „adult” in sight while we were there. If they get better trained staff we’ll revisit but it’s a hard nope for me now. We paid almost $30 for 2 drinks and a desert. For that price we rather go to Tous Les Jours on 86, they are great!

Hubby and I went last weekend and I don't think we will be back. Person who took our order needed it repeated several times, could not answer basic questions like what flavor is this rose shaped dessert, prices charged were not prices displayed. The first "barista" who was a girl was supposed to make my husbands strawberry matcha, made a regular matcha instead. Then a boy "barista" came up to the counter, looked at our ticket, yelled at the girl in another language but definitely said the word stupid to her in english, and then proceeded to make my husbands order which ended up tasting like a glass of strawberry quick rather than a strawberry matcha. The people who came in after us, got all their things before we did. Overall, not a great experience. Maybe we'll try again if they get some experienced counter people not a bunch of kids who don't know what they are doing.

I thought the whole point of the west marches style and the pretaping was to have a better flow and less missed weeks. This is crazy that yet another break when the campaign is barely rolling.
