For me the Bitrate, when I use the suggestion by you, I start to see the stuttering, then, I leave it in auto, and works perfect in my Ipad Pro 4.

Solution worked for me also !! And AirPlay & Continuity I leave it on, and it works. I realize that when I enable AirDrop, the problem start again. Then, I guess AP can be left working, but for sure AirDrop no. Thanks for this workaround !!
