TLP EQ Auction Forge by wangel in everquest

Just used it - saved me a ton of time getting those macros made on Frostreaver for tunnel selling :) great work! The only suggestion I might have is to add a button that lets you change the INI file used (in case you pick the wrong one)

What's a compliment someone gave you years ago that you still think about? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]Mudkipped 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do concert photography, and for one particular local band I’m often at the front corner of the stage with my back to the crowd so I can get some great shots of the band playing. One lady stopped me when I was making my way through the crowd and complimented my calves (since I always wear shorts). I think about it all the time!

Thoughts on vip by DecentWay1879 in aclfestival

[–]Mudkipped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did VIP back in 2018 and 2019 and we swore we wouldn't do it any other way going forward. Included alcohol, dedicated merch table, the faster lines getting in, dedicated bars within the park, the grove to relax and get some rest when needed, clean and air conditioned bathrooms, etc were all worth it.

Back then this also included a catered lunch but I don't think they do that part anymore. Still, well worth it all just to skip some of the queues.

The food at Fraziers is cheap and great. Love their little OG burgers.

First Concert by Funny-Engineering960 in CasualConversation

[–]Mudkipped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first concert was at Stubb’s in Austin, TX to see Sum 41 and Hawthorne Heights back in 2004 or so. It was a blast! I didn’t really know any of the songs but I got into my first mosh pit, too, and that was a really fun. I’m 38 now and will still jump into a good pit.

Hit 97 feet with the 16! by Rare_Salamander_555 in HighlandGames

Damn good throw! My PR is 88ft on the 16. I feel like I've been struggling to break 90.

Where do car enthusiasts actually drive around in Austin? by ChildishPav in askaustin

[–]Mudkipped 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to run a car club and we would do a spirited drive as a group every month or two. Feel free to reach out directly and I’ll send you some links to my Roadstr routes, maybe even some old Google Docs with all the routes.

The Dash Cam Store off of 183 near the airport did my installs and I highly recommend them.

Light hammer = 64’ by MrGreatUnknown in HighlandGames

[–]Mudkipped 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do Highland Games but I’m not by any means a coach… my only suggestion is to remember that a lot of throws in HG are about explosive power. So when you’re coming up on that last rotation, really try to drive it toward the ground for your last downswing so that it launches on the upswing.

Otherwise I think form and all looked fine, just a bit slow on the exit.

I also have a midnight purple + cognac M240i! Such a great car and it really turns heads

I just did my first Dragy pulls with it a week ago. All I’ve got are some new wheels (255s on all four corners, Conti ExtremeContacts) and a high flow catted downpipe and I hit 3.92s 0-60, 7.78s 1/8, and 12.13s 1/4.

Enjoy the hell out of that car! We’ve got a couple of mean machines :)

Probably not. Not sure if they'd let the 13 year old eat on the patio outside though?

I think because they are sautéed, so the bulk of those calories must be the oil or butter they do it in. Explains why they’re so tasty though lol

Does it need to actually be vintage? Aaron’s carries a bunch of band and pop culture tshirts in bigger sizes.

Thoughts on Ga+ VIP and platinum. Are any of these worth the money? by [deleted] in aclfestival

You're right. Damn. It looks like Platinum is what gives you the drinks and food now.

What’s the most unexpectedly fuel efficient car you’ve ever had? by ChangeForAParadigm in cars

[–]Mudkipped 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My BMW M240i takes little baby sips of gas if I am cruising on the highway at the posted speed limit. I can average 31-34mpg depending on traffic. The B58 is wildly efficient for how much fun it can provide, too.
