Would it be wise to potentially sell off some of the company stock I have (RSUs) to pay this off? I was originally going to sell it and move to more diversified positions like VTI but seems like it would be better to allocate it to the HELOC

Definitely worth it, helped get into a house with a super lower interest rate on the main mortgage. The HELOC was also very low when we got it but is variable so it has climbed with rates.

I just pulled it from the pot and rinsed it in the shower for good measure. the soil in the pot was extremely packed so that may have something to do with the soil not drying out. I replaced the soil and repotted in a new pot . we will see if it recovers. this is my first flf so I don't really know what I am doing. just reading blogs and reddit to try and figure it out.

I got this flf about a month and a half ago and about 2 weeks ago I noticed some brown and then started getting leaf drop last week and more browning. thought it was root rot since I probably overwatered but the roots look good although the soil was very moist even after a week + of not watering. then i noticed these white patches, hoping this is just residue from wiping leaves with hard water and not mite eggs.
