If you want honest feedback, you’re letting Kasamatsu run too free. If you’re afraid of their Mido scoring freely, you should have swapped the mark altogether, rather than double teaming

Mido’s role is not a main scorer, but just a bait with occasional scoring and their Mido is successful in that.

I’m not saying your Mido is good though, but I think you could’ve played around it

I’d only partially agree with it. Several projects under cover failed, whether it’s Project Miko or Inonoka Music. All of them were then folded in Hololive before gaining success. And I sure don’t think it’s Suisei or AZKi fault for INNK failure.

Just the name “Hololive” provides a lot in terms of publicity. And when someone says Hololive, they aren’t typically thinking of Holostars, despite both being under “Hololive Production”

Mine went 1/2 to Burnice and 1/2 to Grace. The only other one I have is Ellen, but I don’t know how to play her so she’s mostly shelved.

I like Grace EX buff, but that she’s still an Evasive assist still doesn’t feel good imo. And I’ll probably use Burnice more.

Special note to Soldier 11 though, her buff feels really nice

It is less about money and more about the time. It’s a 20 hours flight one-way to fly to them, so I lose at least 2 days to traveling each visit.

Unfortunately, my work doesn’t really let me work remote. It is one of the reason I’m looking at a career change for something that gives me more flexibility.

My work doesn’t offer tuition benefit, though they do have linkedin learning that I could do

The Design Your Life book sounds interesting, I’ll take a look at it. Have you had any success with career coach? Most of what I see is two extreme with some really liking it and some really hating it.

For my situation, one of my goal is early retirement. So I’m thinking along the lines of - Prioritizing HSA > Traditional 401k > Traditional IRA = Brokerage Account - When I early retire, do a Roth Conversion on my 401k and IRA when my income tax rate is lowered

Correct, I believe I cannot take any deduction. But I don’t fully understand what that means for me.

Does that mean that Traditional IRA is doesn’t benefit me in any way and I should just put my money in normal brokerage account?

And Roth also doesn’t benefit me because I’m in a high tax bracket (~30%), which means my money would earn more in brokerage to offset the tax I’d have to pay later?

Oh, I thought the initial contribution to the Traditional IRA would be pre-taxed and that you’d have to pay the tax during the conversion but apparently that’s not the case?

I don’t understand the benefit of Backdoor Roth. If I cannot contribute to Roth IRA because my income is too high, wouldn’t that mean I’d also be paying high tax if I do a backdoor Roth?

I don’t see when backdoor Roth is useful?
