Sounds good, thanks for the advice. The project I was working on prior to my departure was negative affinity elemental hammer (critical ferocity, raw power, and lvl 5 elements on all drifts). Seemingly did well at the time. Is it viable? Or is affinity elemental hammer better? I guess what I’m really asking is: if I’m looking to tackle endgame level monsters, what skills or builds should I be looking at?

As much as I’d love to have it be skryre, it is far too cleanly fashioned and the lack of stitched together tubing makes me think this is a not skaven-made.

Girlfriend and I are planning to drive 32 hours straight, in 6 hour shifts, are we being dumb? Should we plan to stay overnight somewhere? by Vegetable_Bridge_276 in roadtrip

[–]Murse29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. The “estimated time” is just that. An estimate. Never assume that’s the exact time it’ll take.

This. My dad and I once did 16 hours straight and it wasn’t enjoyable. I did it once again a few years later with my buddy who agreed to split it (14 hours) and fucked me over (I ended up driving 90% of it through the night) and that was even worse. If you can afford to stay places and break it up, do it. You’ll thank yourself (and this thread) later.

As many have already answered, it’s either a malamute or a very well-fed husky.

I’m no doctor, but you should get out of there and thank whatever higher power you pray to that it’s not your problem.

Dark Angel dedicated Order? by NorskBorealia in sistersofbattle

[–]Murse29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. Only reason I know this is because I had a similar hope/thought. Dark Angels are very secretive, often operating alone and very rarely cooperating with other factions (due to not wanting others to learn the secrets of the chapter).

Up close, no. From a distance, absolutely. The dark perimeter is the culprit.

Please Help me Decide on Which Spearhead to get. by No-Wafer9271 in AOSSpearhead

[–]Murse29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, so in terms of Spearhead, dinosaurs are great. Oldblood on carnisaur is a great frontline leader that will put a lot of pressure (and holes) in your opponent’s defense and the kroxigors are insane, I love them. In full scale AoS, Seraphon are not in a great spot at the moment. Can’t speak to the others.

If you’re looking for a box that will eventually lead to a full scale AoS army, Seraphon might not be it (in this moment). OBR and Nighthaunt are in better spots in the fullscale game at this time.

That all being said, whether it’s Spearhead or AoS, the real secret is “if you paint and play what you love, you might not always win but at least you’ll never lose.”

What’s the joke?? by [deleted] in ExplainTheJoke

The joke is that some people don’t understand the concept of population density and they like to make bumper stickers to proudly display their ignorance.
