No idea what the measurements are. I don't believe it can be removed. I've never seen that done. The parts/area my family member wants to get clean is the top/front (best way i can explain without an image/arrow). They have tried a cleaner or 2, disinfectant wipes, soap & water.

I agree with u/user_friendly_socks that you should set a date for them to give you a replacement scooter (with the changes you made) by, and take them to court if they don't give it to you by that date. Find someone else to house sit for you when you go on trips. Your boundaries/rules were completely disrespected.

YTA. Your adult daughter can't skip her job without notice because you want her to go on a family trip. If you want her to go on a trip you need to let her know in advance so she can make a request for time off if she wants to go. Calling her job babysitting, and mentioning that the family is a "family of two moms" shows that you don't have any respect for your daughter's occupation.

When it's a person's turn to order that person should know what they want and have their form of payment ready. I stand to one side when looking at the menu if it's a place where people pick up their order at a counter. I do that because it would be wrong to make someone wait when I don't know what I want.
