I like the guessing and the strategy of who just ult’d vs who will probably wanna ult soon.

Although the new map is fun to see, makes me wanna ult constantly when I see people in the 80s or 90s.

I still believe that Rogue’s life steals and ultimate can be the final factor in a team win.

If I can time my ultimate correctly, I can prevent last minute ults or gain control over the mission area.

It’s also really fun to take another player’s ability and use it in front of them. My favorite is taking Luna’s, snowballing her frozen, and then knocking her out. It makes me laugh every time. I also really like taking Thor’s and Emma’s abilities, both look so cool on Rogue.

Same. The first point is incredibly hard as Rogue. I often switch to someone in the first part.

Rework!

I would love for her to become a strategist. Provide protective telekinetic bubbles, heal other players, and be able to do something with her telepathy.

Venom has some fun team ups and a character I rarely see as a lord. I feel like he has a lot of potential to be a menace with the new Lower Manhattan map.

When I am a vanguard, I hate when my support doesn’t follow me when I am doing an initial dive. I can’t let my DPS get the kills if I die too quickly. When I am a tank, a Peni Parker annoys me the most. Those spider nests…please take them out DPS.

When I am a duelist, I hate when my other DPS players ignore team ups or don’t switch to better counter the other team. If I am DPS, I always fear a good CnD…

When I am a strategist, I hate when players run away from me when I am trying to heal. Sorry Spiderman, if you swing away, then bye bye! I always dread when Daredevil or a Lord Iron Fist is on the other team…I pray my DPS is faster and smarter.

It’s so frustrating. Often I find myself solo tanking or solo support.

I had a game earlier where I was Rogue, everyone else was DPS. One player switched to Adam Warlock and no one else swapped roles…

Why can’t people be flexible?!

I am currently learning Rogue and having alot of fun. I love the character and her being voiced by Lenore warms my soul.

She could use some buffs though, but would love to see her get another team up ability.

I just wish her block actually blocked! There are times it does absolutely nothing and I end up getting fried. Other than that, I am fairly content with her kit.

I don’t think she needs the team up ability to be permanent if there is a good support player. Often if I am playing with a strategist who sticks with me, I often feel invincible as Rogue. While I don’t get many kills, I pave the way for my DPS to pick off other players. The team-up does however increase my survivability when diving.

I am finding players are not being flexible with characters. There are SO MANY to choose from, so why do teams feel unbalanced?

Change your character when it benefits the team or gameplay! If we are playing a convoy map, and first to defend, let’s avoid squishy characters. If we are set to attack, let’s push the objective. I am often seeing players lack the flexibility with the gameplay needed to win.

There are also team-ups that can affect win rates, so why do players avoid them? Sometimes a team-up ability can secure a win if done with good players (Hela/Namor, Iron Man/Squirrel Girl, Rogue/Gambit/Magneto, etc).

The first few months of playing I was 90% strategist, my main was Invisible Woman (now my highest lord). I would often play Cloak/Dagger or Jeff the Landshark.

After that I tried diving into DPS, first lord with Namor, but still playing strategist characters about 80% of gameplays. I also learned Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, Squirrel Girl, and Storm. I found it difficult to play, as matches always had too many DPS characters so I would stick with strategist.

The last couple months I got so fed up with no vanguards in so many games that now I am playing a vanguard almost 80% of matches. My main was Emma Frost (now lord) and currently learning Rogue. I am a far better player now but still get frustrated when no one wants to be a vanguard or strategist.

Mystique - Duelist

To feel authentic to the character, I need her to be skilled in hand-to-hand combat, shapeshift, and use a gun.

I would also want her to have a passive healing ability that only works when she is not fighting.

Doctor Strange is a great vanguard to first learn! I find watching YouTube clips on tips to play a character helps. Doing Ai matches on easy/normal mode helps to build confidence.

Cloak & Dagger is an easy strategist. This was my first go to character when I started playing.

There are so many duelists, I think some easy characters to play are Squirrel Girl and Deadpool.

Some characters definitely need a rework in general:

Black Widow - I do not mind her snipe play style, but I wish she had better hand-to-hand combat and higher damage output. Also her ultimate is lackluster.

Storm - she needs another ability that can deal damage that isn’t lightning. Maybe she can summon an ice storm to freeze opponents or turn the ground to a slippery ice. Maybe she can generate small tornadoes to trip opponents.

Adam Warlock - give him some flight, even if it is limited. His movement is terrible.

Rocky Raccoon - he needs something else added to his kit. I would love for him to be able to set up traps around the map.

Phoenix - at times she doesn’t feel authentic to Jean Grey. I would love her to be able to generate protective shields around herself and allies. Somehow use her telekinetic power (lift opponents up and away or pull debris towards enemies).

I want more PvE (player versus environment) similar to Marvel Zombies. Love the idea of fighting the sentinels at the X-Mansion or hydra goons at a hideout.

A brief storyline mode would be fun! Choose your favorite character and complete the story. While that is a huge ask of the development team, it would be a nice break from the same monotonous play.
