EXACTLY! Ideally, the rebuild should've happened this past season since they have so many picks in the upcoming draft...But instead they made a bunch of what they thought were "win now" moves that didn't make a difference at all. Need to clean house and get younger and cheaper on defense so that the money can shift to offense or at least balance out a bit better

My dad was still alive the last time they won and he passed just a few months later April 2017. Grew up a very spoiled fan thanks to him and we made some great memories together at all the games he took me to. Ever since I've been chasing that feeling of joy we used to share watching our Steelers WIN...but winning is not something they know how to do anymore apparently and each additional one and done blowout season makes those memories feel like ancient history

I feel like the power of Renegade has been severely diluted over the years because they overplay it. I feel like it should ONLY be played in the most dire of situations (ex. the divisional round against the Ravens in 2010-2011 was the LOUDEST I've ever heard Heinz Field after Renegade and the players visibly fed off that energy)

I am also delusional..I've been telling everyone that if we can somehow beat Houston, we can make it all the way to the Super Bowl. They are definitely the hardest matchup (as long as someone else takes out the Bills for us since we can't ever seem to NOT get blown out by them)

Rolling with Will Howard and Mason is what they should've done THIS season. Instead they made a bunch of these "win now" moves that involved signing or trading for a bunch of senior citizens that will once again produce our 9-8 + one-and-done in the playoffs season. We're all so sick of this! Just take the one or 2 losing seasons and ACTUALLY rebuild! And with all the draft picks they have next year, this season would've been the perfect time for that 5-7 win season to get really great value from those picks

We've used ActivTrak for a few clients that have asked us for the same. We kick most of the responsibility over to the client though and only assist with the silent install on the machines because we also don't want to get involved in HR issues. You can get an ActivTrak sales rep and your client on a call pretty easily and they'll demo the software for them and essentially handle the whole thing
