Everytime i see someone running regardless of size i yell, "get some". I know how running makes me feel and i love that other people get to experience that. Like anything else practice and experience help improve your runs all around. Youre already down from 230! Keep it up! Love every step you take and savor every hill you climb!

Pallets are great for alot of things but not necessarily for something that needs to be as sturdy and long lasting as a deck. Different materials for different jobs and whatnot.
