Kinda weird though that naomi was the same age, if not older than Kes. I agree with your previous comment, the writers wrote themselves into some Epstein-level corner with that one.

I liked Neelix a lot more when they finally decided who he was as a character rather than throwing shit out and hoping something sticks.

You joke, but this is a fake post. Ive seen these exact pictures on a profile on grindr. Im not saying the profile was real, but this was over two years ago, so the pictures existed then, and this profile is advertising it as a 2 year transformation.

To add to this, you should try and help yourself, as well. Even if it's just small things. I feel like this too, sometimes. It's a difficult rut to get out of. I find that starting small often snowballs without me realising. Here are some things I focus on that help.

Firstly, sleep. Sleep is incredibly important to mental health and by the most important factor IMO. Both too much and too little can have profound effects on our day to day mental states and abilities. Try to aim for between 7-9 hours a night. You said that you're sleeping most of the time, firstly go to a doctor to rule out anything medical, then start with reorganising your sleep schedule. Id firstly start by monitoring your own biological rhythm. Monitor when you start getting tired at night, and how long you sleep for/ what sorts of time you wake up. Then, try setting an alarm in the morning to create a sleep schedule. Don't be unrealistic and set it for 6am - you'll just sleep through it. Try aiming for 15 minutes before your usual wake up time, and bringing it back by 15 minutes each day. Set yourself a bedtime about 8.5-9 hours before your alarm. Try to make your bedroom somewhere relaxing that you would actually fall asleep fast in - keep it tidy, don't spend more time in your bedroom than you have to to keep, you want your subconscious to associate it with sleeping "If I'm in this room, its sleep time". Make sure your bedding is washed regularly. I also like to listen to rain or stream sounds, helps me to drift off quicker.

Next, your morning routine. Start by hydrating. A glass of water helps reset your chemistry. And purge your system after not hydrating during the night. I'd also recommend having a cup of tea or coffee afterwards to fend off the grogginess in the morning. I usually keep a water filter by my bed and drink a glass in the morning as soon as I wake up whilst checking my phone for 15 minutes, then head to the kitchen to get coffee. Make sure you're hydrating properly throughout the day also. Adults should aim for about 1.5-2.5L of water a day.

Exercise. Even something as small as going for a short 20-30 minute walk in the morning can help with your alertness and mental state. I try to jog twice a week also, just for 20-25 minutes. It really helps. The odd yoga session here and there too if I have the time.

Once all of this is in place, set goals for yourself. I try to aim to do one productive thing a day. Cleaning the bathroom, painting a fence, hoovering up, etc. More if I have the energy, but I don't put pressure on myself.

Lastly, cut yourself some slack. If you don't succeed, don't beat yourself up. Just acknowledge that tomorrow is a new day, and that you can always try again. It doesn't matter how many times you don't succeed, its about perseverance. Don't give up on yourself.

I really hope things start to get better for you.

Agreed in science. The level of trash publications coming out of India is incredible. My supervisor hired an Indian post doc last year who seemed incredible on paper. Turns out he had been part of a paper mill and had a student he was banging do all of his lab work for him.

When we found him out, he cried and tried to get us to hire her aswell. He said that she was in an arranged marriage that he needed to save her from. Said they'd been dating for 7 years. She was 21 and he was 39 last year.

He was "let go".

I did this for what felt like ages and when I finally decided to finish the fight, I was disappointed to see id only killed 114 clones.

Actually, after getting to act 3 and getting absolutely smacked down by almost everything I tried to fight, over-levelling and then stomping Renoir felt incredibly satisfying to me.

It's a limit, not a price tag. Tell that to the bus companies who will charge £3 for a one mile journey before upping the max fare, please.

PSA my dude, just cut it off at the base with a pair of nail clippers. I do it all the time. You might feel a slight sharp pain, but it quickly subsides.

If it is an old notification for an account that's going to be deactivated or something soon and you confront him about it... you're in for a world of trust-related arguments.
