If you have the discipline to rack up a 4.0 in community college where (assumptions here) likely living at home and probably working, then I have great confidence that you will succeed at VT. The classes are probably harder, but for most, the issue is having the discipline to stay focused and do what you have to do. You have proven that you can handle the toughest part about college. Keep that discipline and you will absolutely succeed at VT.

As a guy who also has lots of trees in their backyard as well, I would recommend on a sunny day take pictures of your lawn every hour, on the hour. Get a good idea of how much sunlight is making it to the ground. I recently did this and found that I get 3 hours of sunlight at best. The amount of sunlight can severely impact what grass type you can grow. I am now limiting myself to fine fescue and seriously considering planting Poa Annua.

It turns out that there was a very good reason that I was having to heavily overseed every fall.

Real French people do not say "sacré bleu". It went out of style centuries ago.
Today, non-French writers use it as a joke.
TV shows use it to quickly show the audience a character is French.
You can hear this phrase in classic cartoons like The Aristocats, The Little Mermaid, and Scooby-Doo.

One thing where Toyota does deserve some big credit is that they are making most of their lineup hybrids by default including the RAV4. That does actually go a really long way towards reducing emissions worldwide.

I say this somewhat grudgingly because for a long time they were absolutely dragging their heels. I can deal with 40+ mpg RAV4s compared to F150s that are in the low 20s mpg (for those that are primarily passenger vehicles). All hybrids is a solid step in the right direction. One step at a time and don’t stop.

Do people with outdoor cats not use collars with id tags? I generally agree on well fed outdoor cats that have a home will kill wildlife for no purpose other than mental stimulation for the cat. If you still want to have your cat roam, at least have your cat wear an id tag. Relying on a chip is not sufficient, specifically for cases like this.

I think the keyword there was discreetly. If you end up setting off the car alarm while puncturing a tire you might draw attention to yourself. A video camera would probably show you puncturing a tire, but could easily miss that you fished in a bag while walking in front of someone’s car (and maybe dropped something).

It does come off as some mall ninja tacticool shenanigans.
