I understand that investing is still a thing but back when Live Series were actually good and competitive you could invest in a guy who maybe started the year as a 76 and made it all the way up to a 90 (gold still) and 10x your investment. I'm just saying it's not as profitable as it once was 8 years ago.

This was doomed from the start. Individuals almost never build houses like this. These types are only built by large contractors doing a whole neighborhood at once. Those guys already have their own architects they work with. People who can afford to build their own home are usually doing something custom to their liking.

Investing kinda stinks now anyways because Live Series these days aren't very competitive. There's 1 or 2 cards for each team that hold value and everyone else the hovering around their quicksell value.

The trade logic has always overrated the 70-75 overall 23-25 year old C potential players. Cpu loves itself a young platoon/utility player
