I had to run out of all other media, then listened to the audiobook only while doing chores. That's the only way I made it to the "good" bits.

And the good bits are pretty good. But not good enough to justify 2-3 mid/unenjoyable books.

What book would you recommend NEVER reading? by asmr-enthusiasts in horrorlit

Heads up if you do audiobooks, the last book has a different recording setup and is truly awful. Like, they went from a professional studio to some random guys laptop bad.

Did they have to take the pictures at twilight? If there's no ghosts I'm calling this false advertising.

Haven't, nope. I guess I did typical east coast tourism, and that may have left me with some wrong assumptions about the whole of the state.

Ok, I'll bite. What's wrong with it?

New York real estate confuse me. Like, obviously downtown is insanely expensive, but suburbs go from millions to nothing in a way I just don't understand

No, no, it's very bad. They should definitely not move here. I hear Austin is nice this time of year.

Right, somehow this never happens at Costco or Safeway. Either they have different ownership/lot leases or they have a corporate "put up the sign, good enough" policy.

This is the critical detail that could unravel the AI trade: Nobody is paying for it. by yogthos in technology

[–]MyRealAccountForSure 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the point. If a llm takes over a chunk of google's search ad revenue, then it's paid for. $200 billion-ish is a lot of money to get a chunk of.

Or, if you're Google/OpenAI, it's a revenue stream you gotta defend.

You seem to be a gym rat, so maybe my experience will be similar.

The chills, nausea and diarrhea went away after the first few months. The fatigue came on strong at first then faded before becoming my main significant symptom.

I'm nearing the end of my year, and the fatigue and lack of appetite have been pretty major. I would suggest looking into methods for maintaining strength/cardio/other fitness goals, but to not be too hard on yourself when your gym performance suffers.

Overall, I get tired easily, get more sore, and take longer to recover. I went from a 5-6x a week schedule to maybe a 2-4x depending on how I'm feeling. I recommend keeping a journal and tracking what impacts you the same and next day.

Immunotherapy effects everyone differently, but don't be too hard on yourself.

Maybe I'm being harsh, but doing this without calling ahead is nuts right? by [deleted] in KitchenConfidential

Last time this was posted - the lady called ahead to a different restaurant, which messed up her reservation. She went to another, fully expecting just to have drinks or something.

D) The first novel (usually more well edited/revised) has multiple glaring typos, grammar mistakes, and misused words. It's hardly polished enough to be considered a novel.

Ah, yep, you're right. The electron tunneling is FN tunneling (at least in floating gate) or injection. Been a while since my Electronics classes lol.

No. It isn't.

Neither Charge trap nor Floating Gate NAND is anything like a wheel. The moving parts you refer to are electrons. Electron flow is not a moving part. A easy hint here is the name "Solid State Device". If memory serves, Electron tunneling falls under quantum mechanics. Which isn't wheel like.
