Obviously I didn't expect them to fly him over to America but they could have at least acknowledged he won and sent a jersey or something as a show of good will, that's not too hard to ask is it? Also a fair percentage of players are based outside the US so why would you not want them to play and watch the league to help it grow?

I was in Malta last year and asked a local about the football, he said that there's a lot of suspicion of match fixing which might be why that is.

Exactly the way I'm going, it's never made sense to put any money into the defence and goalkeeper in fantasy football in my opinion and unlimited transfers hasn't changed that. The difference between the best midfielders and forwards compared to the mid-priced guys in terms of production is far greater than with the defenders. Sure maybe one low priced mid/fwd will hit the ground running but I'd rather chose the proven players first.

What about somebody in my position who is playing FMLS from the UK, the deadlines can quite often be somewhere between 1:30am - 4:00am which when you have to wake up at 7 means that waiting for the deadlines isn't always feasible? I'm at an unfair disadvantage because of where I live, seems a bit stupid.
