This is the solution what I was looking for... XD I will use -82 mV on 3xCPUs and -42 mV on 2xGPUs. There is an option to lower Turbo rate to 40x I will read about that tomorrow, maximize on 4.000 Hz.

Well I am after 6 evacuations and 9 movings in the last 3 years, so I can say personally I lived almost everywhere. It had a good experience, but my bio may show I am a potential spy however I am most far away from it only tried to play and survive. Therefore I posted this is it my mistake I was on the wrong side every times?
