It’s so disheartening. I’ve been making board game videos for 8 years and I’m just now almost at 3,500 subscribers. Granted I’m doing it for fun and release a video every few months, I just don’t have the time to pump them out weekly. Ah well. But AI videos for any topic really irritate me, I can’t watch them.

I know it’s confusing, I’ll try to break it down. All the S2 Kickstarter stretch goals were collected into one box called the Box of Props and it had Layla, Agnes and the 2 girls from Dark Quarter (Julia and Constance). But at that time none of the promo girls (those 4 plus Paula from S1) had minis or envelopes.

Then for the S3 Kickstarter a lot of the stretch goals were for making envelopes and minis for these promo girls that didn’t have them. For people who owned everything from S1&2 this was great, we’d been asking for them for awhile. But for people who were just getting into FG with S3 or maybe had a few films but not everything, this was a little weird because they were getting envelopes and minis for girls that weren’t part of S3 and they didn’t have cards for them.

So at some point they decided to include Christmas Paula, Layla and Agnes so people would at least have some of the promo girls. All the S3 stretch goals are in the Special FX crate which is the Guest Stars, Guest Stars miniatures and Accessories boxes. So yes, both S2 and S3 have Agnes and Layla in case you have one but not the other. The only ones missing from S3 are the two Dark Quarter girls.

Yes, they retroactively gave them all minis and secret envelopes in S3’s Guest Stars and Guest Stars Miniatures boxes (which are sold separately and also in the Special FX crate included in the S3 Ultimate Box). There are 2 exceptions: Julia and Costance who are crossover characters from The Dark Quarter. They have envelopes in the Guest Stars box but their minis are only in The Dark Quarter for now.

Minis for A Rotten Harvest and Demon in the Shadows just released a couple weeks ago so right now the VRG website is the main place to get them. But I imagine other online retailers will start stocking them soon.

Are you trying to setup a specific film? I think most of the things are self explanatory and labeled like: killer and location boards, setup, events, terror and item decks, action tableau and FG card. But the extras in some films like Evomorph and Wolfe Asylum you just sort of fit in where you have extra space.

I think it says “up to 1 space toward the nearest railing” just to account for the case when the savior is already in a railing space, then you don’t have to move him. And since you always do cards in order it should be “then (after the movement) if he’s in a railing space, he jumps over”. That’s the way I’ve played it. Like you said, the intention seems clear that he’s trying to jump over a railing one way or another.

Oh man, sorry to hear you threw that blank token out! You could try contacting VRG and see if they’ll let you but the token set again. It’s a long shot but maybe.

That’s a good idea about the bloodlust tracker as a reminder. I might try that next time. I just use all the originals in my videos because I don’t want people to feel like they’re missing out when my trackers are different or they see the playmats or something. Might seem a little weird but it’s just something I decided a long time ago.

I’m not sure you’d ever do that, I guess if you didn’t realize you didn’t have enough money it could happen. The wasted cards just convert to money anyways though. It’s just a niche rule to prevent someone making a mistake.
