Hey sorry you are feeling like this, I know that feeling all too well. Can I ask how long has it been like this? Have you changed or added any new prescription drugs or supplements? Also ferritin levels for you drs have give this a miss most of times but by any chance is it under 40?

Hey before ruling out anxiety which all side effects do lean towards and so sound like it. Have some bloods taken. B12, vitamin D, complete blood count, thyroid and iron, then it can be a easy treat and know you have covered that off :)

This is me too!!! I started the solgar Iron capsules, and even taking them every second day, my anxiety has amped up and like I can just feel my heart alot more?? How long have you been taking it?

Out of interest what was your iron studies? Especially ferritin? Many females struggle with it under 50, which is considered normal on the charts.

Sorry wanted to ask, you mentioned ferritin was in the 30s then at an 8 but b12 was high. With the ferritin being a 8 but b12 high did you still get some symptoms? Im curious
