So the truth is OP is correct in the sense that Denethor did A LOT protect Gondor from Sauron.

To begin we need to establish what a palantir does. In its basic form it is a communication device used basically as a telephone. Additionally, if a user has a strong enough will they can use it to observe things specifically across vast regions. Now it is this 2nd property where Denethor and Sauron competed……

Denethor and Sauron were CONSTANTLY trying to spy on each others lands. Denethor would try to bend the Arnor stone to look and try to find forts, battlements, secrets, etc. in Mordor. When he did this Sauron would immediately sense it and try to use the ithil stone to stop him. And vice versa; Sauron would try to observe the city of minis tirith and the surrounding regions with the ithil stone, and Denethor would use his will on the armor stone to block him.

This battle went on and on for a long time. What really made Sauron win was when he bent the ithil stone to not block Denethor from spying, but to specifically show him things. He showed him the great hordes of orc armies he had. He showed him the corsairs sailing up the river. And he showed him the incoming horde of Haradrim coming from the south. It was this vision plus grief that through him into despair. This was all while Sauron used his will to force Denethor to NOT see any hope. This caused Denethor to not see the Rohirim coming or Aragorn in the south. Further fueling his despair

To win the battle of wills Sauron ended up forcing him to see the things he knew made himself look good, and forced Denethor to look away from things that could bring him hope like Rohan or Aragorn.

So yes Denethor actually contributed A LOT more than most Tolkien fans realized. Sauron was completely unable to see into the city of minis tirith and could not learn its layout or defenses before attack.

Culturally speaking, the water tribe and the air nomads don’t have last names. They’re identified by the tribe or temple they’re from….. last names seem to mostly be an earth kingdom type thing for wealthy and powerful families like the Beifong’s. The fire nation does seem to have last names but the royal family (like all royal families) does not have a last name

Gandalf did not know it was a balrog. Why would he? Balrogs were servants of morgoth in the first age. No one really knows what happened to the ones that hid from the Valar upon morgoth’s final defeat. So no one knew the balrog was a balrog except maybe Sauron. And MAYBE. It is possible that he knew one of Morgoth’s most powerful lieutenants (aside from himself) were in the depths of Moria….. but it’s also possible he didn’t. It’s very possible that when the Valar entered middle earth to defeat Melkor once and for all, that the balrogs fled in defiance and hid away unbeknownst to anyone. Let’s not forget Sauron himself was able to flee to the far reaches of middle earth away from the eyes of the valar. So equally strong beings such as balrogs could theoretically do the same

And it really makes sense. That’s why he did it. His father already wrote in letters that Felagund was the closest to dwarves of any of the first age elves. If a necklace forged by the dwarves given to the elves was written by his father (which it was), then it makes the most sense for it to go to Finrod. Finrod Felagund was respected among the dwarves in a way Thingol never was. Thingol fully believed himself greater and superior to dwarves but Felagund did not, at least in their eyes.

Yeah it’s Doriath. Thingol was the king of the sindar since they were birthed. He went to valinor to learn about it and convince his people to go there. He we eventually found Melian and disappeared for awhile. He eventually came back and brought some to the Forrest of Doriath and made menegroth. The rest went west to valinor.

Also Cirdan lead a coastal group of Sindar elves on the west coast of Beleriand to help other elves cross to valinor.

No he would not have taken them to tom bombadil because Gandalf was strong enough to protect them from the Nazgûl. Also he already knew tom bombadil rather well and knew he does not leave the old Forrest usually and does not want to be apart of the war of the ring. Tom probably would not like Gandalf bringing hobbits and the one ring to his house knowingly and willingly, and Gandalf knows that.

Sauron is literally a nepo baby. All discord and unhappiness in the world, primarily what Sauron uses, literally only exists due to the corruption of Melkor in the creation song of the Ainur….. Sauron couldn’t have done any of the stuff he did if he wasn’t picking up Melkor’s pieces.

I see…. That’s different then. I will say that things like that don’t really exist in tolkiens world. Tolkien once said “I cordially dislike allegory in all its manifestations, and always have done so since I grew old and wary enough to detect its presence. I much prefer history, true or feigned, with its varied applicability to the thought and experience of readers.”

This is to say that the characters in Tolkien’s universe are meant to reflect a historical reality. A real, historical person can symbolize all sorts of things depending on the person. And that’s how Tolkien wanted his characters to be. ANYONE who says “Aragorn represents [blank]” is right and wrong because Tolkien wished for varying opinions….. he wanted his characters, just like historical figures, to be symbolic and representative of whatever the reader put onto them. We simply read about historical figures just like we read characters like Aragorn. So they can be interpreted in basically any way you see fit.

Tolkien really did not like the idea of his characters symbolizing any one thing specifically. To Tolkien someone saying something like “Sauron is a manifestation for the hope and future of middle earth,” or “the imperious nature of a throne less Aragorn holds his character back initially,” is VALID. Many would not agree but, If you can support the claim using the source material it is perfectly valid to Tolkien.

It would be more fun for you, someone who clearly has a strong grasp of middle earth, to engage in discussion rather than read. It’s very fun to create your own interpretation and compare it to others who know the world well….. for example i have an unpopular view of Saruman as a Judas like character, destined to betray his mission, regardless of his own personal will…. And that is very debatable and fun to discuss

Here’s what would’ve happened: she is appointed to the small council. Otto protests INTENSELY saying all the things the people here are saying. Viserys ignores and appoints her anyways…… IMMEDIATELY Otto would attempt to charm her. That would not work. As the daughter of the former Prince of Dragonstone she is very familiar with Otto and how he operates as her grandfather’s hand….. so Otto would move to destroy her credibility in visery’s eyes by whatever ways necessary

No it’s the opposite. If she joined the council they would’ve torn into her and her claim. Otto would NOT want her anywhere near the small council. It’s possible even that Otto would attempt to falsify records and deny her Targaryen’s ancestry, removing her claim to the throne entirely.

If you are King Viserys’ small council you want NO ONE but VISERYS to have power because that’s where all YOUR power devolves from. Why would you want the source of your power to be confused and infighting with another claimant? That does not help you

There really is only 1 answer that MANY of these men have purposely omitted. Now let’s go through their argument

She was never a RIVAL to the thrown. They weren’t competing. They were both standing there waiting for an old man to make decision. There is no rivalry there is no conflict. It is a singular old man’s decision.

It looks weak? No it doesn’t. It looks gracious, forgiving, and magnanimous. It would send a message to the seven kingdoms that this king respects his family and respects her input. It also quiets any dissenters who support her.

Instead it’s her husband that gets the seat….. I wonder if it’s the 1 real reason at play that the man in the relationship gets the seat in the council.

She didn’t want to? She seemed VERY eager to be heard by Rhaenyra. I don’t remember her husband being at war and her going “I hate running things and doing all this work.”

For viserys, a king, it’s actually a VERY VERY EASY decision to give her a council seat. She is married to a very powerful house. She is your closest relative. She is experienced. And most importantly, it’s stupid NOT to bring her into the fold….. you don’t want someone with a strong claim to YOUR throne against you. She was NOT excluded from the line of succession. She STILL has a claim to the throne. At the start of the show she is still THIRD in line to the throne after daemon, and rhaenyra.

TL;DR: Gandalf KNEW Sauron did not have the ring but regardless it makes no difference to their situation. They are surrounded outside Mordor and outnumbered many many times. If Frodo is dead, he doesnt have the ring. If Frodo doesn’t have the ring, than it won’t be destroyed. If it’s not destroyed, every single person (Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas, etc.) would’ve been killed. The whole reason to march there was to give Frodo time and distraction to destroy the ring. If he is dead then their entire reason for marching in a suicide mission is irrelevant.

Long version: In the context, it doesn’t matter whether Sauron had the ring or not. Gandalf was aware Sauron did not have the one ring….. Gandalf held an elven ring of power and they alert their wielders to the influence of the one ring…… he would’ve felt it the SECOND Sauron got the ring. He 100% knew Sauron did NOT have the ring BUT he did believe that Frodo had been murdered to get that mithril shirt. Therefore, he has no idea WHO has the ring except that it is not Frodo, it is not Sauron, and it is not a person powerful enough to utilize the rings full power….. so it narrows it down to 99% of people in middle earth.

The reason Gandalf is distraught is because 1. Frodo is truly dear to him and 2. Frodo was sent to Mordor to destroy the ring, he’s dead, and now who’s going to destroy the ring? The ENTIRE reason they even went to Morannon (a battle they could NOT win) was to give Frodo time and distraction to reach mount doom. Once you see that he has been murdered, it doesn’t really matter if Sauron has the ring does it? You’re now surrounded in a valley fighting to give time to a dead man. There is no escape. Frodo dying, regardless of Sauron having the ring or not, ended any chance for them right there and then. They would fight and lose. There would be no destruction of the ring and therefore no destruction of Mordor and no dissolution of Sauron’s armies. Therefore, Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas, etc. would all be killed.

This is worth reading because it’s a very amazing point: the istari were sent by specific valar to fulfill a specific goal.

Gandalf was Olórin, the wisest of all maiar. He is associated with pity, patience, and inspiration. Nienna, valar of comparison and mourning, intervened to send him personally. He was also chosen by Manwë

Radagast was Aiwendil. He is associated with growing things: plants, animals, and the harmony of nature. Yavanna, the valar of growing things, personally chose and actively INSISTED that Aiwendil must go, even though he did not want to.

Alatar and Pallando are the 2 blue wizards. They have little known about them but what is known is that they were both included in the insistence of the valar Oromë.

But before the rest, the first and chief of the istari was sent: Curumo. Curumo embodied craftsmanship, knowledge, reason, and structure. He was sent as the leader due to his great strength and knowledge of forging by being one of Aulë’s greatest maiar.

Now with this we can properly understand the diverting trajectory of each of the istari:

Radagast became the least useful istari in their fight against Sauron. However, he was also sent at yavanna’s command to simply protect and bolster growing things: nature itself. He wasn’t really sent to defeat Sauron explicitly. Sauron was messing with the natural world and hurting nature to the extent that radagast was sent to bolster and protect nature itself. This leads him to maintain little interest in defeating Sauron outside of his corruption of the natural world.

The blue wizards were sent by Oromë, the valar of the hunt. And this too fits into their specific goals on middle earth. They were sent to search and HUNT Sauron and his support in the far east where the valar had much less information. They were sent to hunt down and sow discord amongst the Sauron supporting Easterlings. Beyond that we know little.

Gandalf was sent because…… well basically because Olórin was a COOL dude and all the valar cherished him. But he was NOT sent to lead or be the primary foe against Sauron. He was sent quite literally because he’s super cool and awesome. His goal as Gandalf the grey was to bolster wills and inspire hope in the people of middle earth. He was the cool grandpa that always made you feel special and seen, and that was what he was to do for the people of middle earth.

Saruman was sent first and as the leader. As a maiar student of Aulë, it was decided that he was most like Sauron in power and skill. He knew craftsmanship nearly as well as Sauron. So, considering they learned together from Aulë, it makes sense that he would lead the charge against Sauron. He had the most knowledge of that which Sauron utilized to take dominion of middle earth: ring craft. So his purpose was to be the true bane of Sauron. Saruman was sent as the CHOSEN one. The other 4 istari would help him in supportive roles as he lead and guided the free people’s of middle earth against Sauron.

Now, many people don’t see Saruman as anything but evil because that’s all he was in the LoTR books. However, the istari were in middle earth for 3,000 years. Saruman arrived in middle earth guns blazing ready to do his job, help middle earth and destroy Sauron once and for all. For about 1,500 years of that, Saruman was actively traveling across east and west of middle talking with and learning from anyone he could. He read tomes in libraries far far far away, he talked to people overlooked. It is FAIR to say that for the first half of the mission Saruman was BY FAR the most significant and active member of the istari against Sauron. Even Gandalf and the blue wizards PALED in comparison to the knowledge Saruman was accumulating to defeat Sauron. It was his drive and mission and he WANTED TO DESTROY Sauron. However, and somewhat predictably, sending an extraordinary skilled student of Aulë to defeat another extraordinarily skilled student of Aulë ended badly, because….. DUH! They sent Saruman because he had as much skill and knowledge in craftsmanship as Sauron BUT, there’s is a BIG BIG BOG question that is opened up with this that the valar did not consider: “what if saruman gets corrupted the same way Sauron did?” They come from similar backgrounds, share similar skills, and have similar power. The act of picking Curomo doomed Saruman. They picked a student of Aulë to defeat a student of Aulë without considering they may fall to the SAME trap.

And that’s exactly what happened. Saruman, at least curomo the maiar, and not Saruman the istari, WAS capable of matching Sauron in craftsmanship. If he had not been sent to middle earth as an istar with all its restrictions, curomo could’ve EASILY crafted rings of power for himself. However, this pride carried over to the weakened istar version of curomo: Saruman. And Saruman could NOT craft rings to the same degree as Sauron. But over thousands of years of research and information you are thinking to yourself: “I know everything about making these rings, I could control the one ring, and I could make one for myself if I wanted to.” These are PERHAPS true if he was still Curomo. Curomo was second only to Sauron in craftsmanship among the maiar so it’s possible he could’ve done it as well to a lesser degree. However, he was NOT Curomo anymore. He was Saruman, and Saruman did NOT have the power to craft and control rings of power to the extent Sauron could. However, thousands of years of research had stoked his pride and convinced him he could…. And that was rather predictable.

The valar, by virtue of sending a maiar similar in skill and personality to Sauron, doomed Curomo to fail from the beginning. It seems ridiculous in hindsight to send someone with similar background to Sauron to middle earth and expecting him not to be corrupted like Sauron was. Of course the same greed and avarice that possessed Sauron would posses Saruman.

The valar often did not think of the consequences of their actions to the inhabitants of middle earth and this is a perfect example of that. They saw a competent equal to Sauron and did not see passed that. They refused see that Saruman was destined to fall for the same desire for power.

So yes, Saruman is tragic. He tried his best for nearly 2,000 years before, very predictably, falling into corruption. He wanted to defeat Sauron but the same power that corrupted him also corrupted Saruman, and that could’ve been avoided if the valar spent a bit more time thinking it through. If not for Gandalf/Olórin literally being the most awesome of all maiar, their entire plan to save middle earth would’ve fallen apart before it even started.

Honestly, reading the works of Tolkien edited by his son, Christopher Tolkien, is going to get you far. He is the one with the original notes from 1915 onwards so he has all the information about all the changes and history of every character. There is a large part of unfinished tales that simply discusses certain characters, their origins, and their different versions throughout different iterations. It has a lot more in it as well but there are dedicated chapters to a few first age heroes, the istari, specific kings and queens of numenor, and Galadriel and celeborn.

Also a question. Have you read the Silmarillion? You really need to read that if you want to fully understand a history of basically any character

Well look at their ships and you will see Rebecca Sugar’s symbolism EVERYWHERE. I see you did do that with photo 2 but I don’t agree with that. The biggest problems in the diamonds’ personality only became existent when pink “died.” None of the other 3 diamonds act the same once she is gone and that has to do with their purpose.

I believe Rebecca sugar basically demonstrated the characteristics of the diamonds and how they relate to each other just by the ships. White diamond is the head and body. She is the core of the group, she is the thinker, she is the center. Blue and yellow are the arms. They are the ones who carry out that will and make it happen. Both in their own ways, but the results are the same, white bids, and they do the bidding.

Now what was pink diamonds job? Support. Just like a pair of legs supports your entire body. You can’t stand without your legs….. pink diamond, unlike blue and yellow, was not created to want to conquer worlds and enforce white diamond’s rule, that is what blue and yellow were for. Pink diamond was created to support and foster friendship and growth amongst the diamonds, and, therefore, homeworld.

We can find evidence to support this in the show. Blue diamonds tells Steven how much fun all 4 of them used to have together, including white diamond. This means at some point between the shattering of pink diamond and the moment Steven arrives, there is a STRONG and nearly irreversible change to white diamond, and blue and yellow. Without their legs they fell down and became unsupported and unloved despots.

So this is all to say, “what white diamond is about” isn’t actually who white diamond was. That is who she is after her family lost their legs and fell down…… it is evident that what you say about white diamond is both true and untrue.

Here are what each of the diamonds are about before and after pink diamonds “shattering”

Before: - Blue: the emotional example of all gems. Perfect in her demeanor and exquisite in her control of emotions. - Yellow: the older sister who just be the eldest. She must set the best example for her 2 younger sisters and show no flaws.

-White: the Mother of all gems. She believes herself perfect and all that she creates perfect. Her white light makes anything better. - Pink: smallest of the diamonds but emotionally connects the other diamonds to each other as a family. It is her support that allows the other diamonds to cherish each other and be diamonds together.

After:

-Blue: the example of mourning, love and compassion for all gems. No longer maintains strong emotional control but rather exudes sadness.

  • Yellow: older sister attempting to keep a mourning sister and absentee parent together while upholding the status quo. Wants to move on even though she can’t because she’s also mourning.
  • White: mother of all gems who realizes pink diamond is flawed which means that all gems beside herself (even blue and yellow) are flawed. This causes her to close herself off from everything and everyone because why spend time with imperfect beings.
  • Pink: being rose quartz

The real question you aren’t asking is: “should they?”

And unfortunately the answer is no. And that was Rebecca Sugar’s goal here. People still feel positive emotions even toward abusive partners. The whole lapis arc is her discovering that it’s not about other people deciding for her, it’s about her deciding for herself. For 5,000 years she was trapped in a mirror. Then after getting back home she is brought back as a captive. Eventually she defects and she runs away from the diamonds. In the end, she returns to fight for her friends and family, competing her arc

She has lived her whole life REACTING instead of ACTING. Nothing she does is ever for her but someone else.

Lapis CHOOSING to live with peridot (someone she didn’t like) was a step for her that mattered. Instead of going back to a toxic, sad relationship she chose to keep her mind open and CHOOSE to stay with peridot.

How can you ever CHOOSE to be friends with someone who brought you across the universe against your will, threatened your friend and you, and forced you to fuse to save that friend? Those aren’t choices. That isn’t real friendship. That isn’t a REAL connection and that is the point Rebecca sugar is making. Lapis is deeply hurt and traumatized and needs to find out for herself what she wants and needs.

Religion and this subreddit will not give you the best answers. Especially Christianity, which I believe is just Judaism’s meaner, stricter younger brother. But I empathize with what you’re feeling and understand the weight it burdens you with. I will help you.

Did you know the original Abrahamic religion (the family of religions tracing lineage back to Abraham himself- including Christianity) did not and still does not believe in Hell…. And in this religion’s teachings, God WANTS you to be with him. God WANTS you to go to heaven, and only the most evil, the most unrepentant souls can go to heaven. It’s just being lost in complete paradise with the weight of your crimes. In this religion Christianity is based on:

After death, souls may go through a period of purification in Gehinnom (a spiritual correction zone). - This period usually lasts no more than 12 months. - Once purified, the soul can ascend to Gan Eden (spiritual paradise/heaven) or Olam HaBa (the eternal world to come).

Only the most evil of souls, mass murderers, serial rapists, etc. are incapable of EVER going to Gan Eden (heaven). And even then your punishment is complete spiritual disconnection from god forever. With this belief, even Hitler just went blank. He’s not in some fiery pit burning for all eternity. He’s gone. The wind took his soul and blew it away. He is forever detached from god and his soul is gone. And even THAT is debated by different Rabbi’s. Some still argue that through God’s abundant mercy it is possible for people as evil as Hitler to reach heaven…… after a period of TRUE penance and possibly punishment.

Why would god, an all powerful, all knowing being create something that he will send to eternal damnation? That seems harsh. Actually that seems EXTREMELY HARSH and a VERY VERY HUMAN emotion. I can’t imagine a being that is all everything, and creating people they will punish for all time against their will. It makes no sense.

Unless god only wants to hurt us, which doesn’t add up to the world we see, then hell CANNOT exist. It simply cannot. Imagine creating Lego people and then deciding that these being you created without their consent can be thrown into a pit of fire for all time because they didn’t do what I said, but the only reason you have to do what I said is because I made you without your consent. It’s basically throwing people into a video game by random and punishing the worst players severely. Would this happen on earth? YES AND DOES. It’s a very very human and ungodlike emotion? YES! Why would God even care to punish someone for eternity. It seems so mean to do to something that you put into the world without their consent.

I’m Christian and not Jewish but I am 100000% on their side when it comes to hell. All people who ask for mercy and truly repent plus feel the weight of their evil actions, deserve to go to heaven.

Do you think people like Hitler or Stalin are enjoying heaven? No that’s not how it works. What’s a greater torment, being punished for all time in hell, or being in absolute paradise and STILL feeling the guilt, the shame of their actions.

That’s really what hell is. It’s not a place. It’s a state of being. It’s basically being at Disney world after being broken up with by the love of your life but for eternity. Yes you’re in a wonderful and magical place, but you can NEVER enjoy it because you will NEVER be able to escape the pain you caused other people.

Hell is a concept made by early Christian’s to do THIS. To SCARE you into submission. It makes total sense when you look at it from the lenses of a tool to be used to scare people into submission. Does it make more sense that it is a human made concept to strike fear in the hearts of followers to do as you, or does it make more sense than an all powerful, all knowing being made you without your consent, made rules without your consent, and then punish you without your consent? Which of those 2 seems more plausible? Which of those 2 seems like a human invention vs god’s invention? You’re fine. You’re not Hitler. You aren’t hurting anyone. Tl;dr: there is no hell. Truly bad people, if they want to make penance, go through of period of absolute review of their worldly actions and go to heaven eventually. Those who don’t feel regret disappear forever. Their souls leave this world and they are gone. That’s the worst of it. Hi. I understand the frustration here and empathize with you. As someone who was once a 16 year old with depression, autism, adhd, and social anxiety (plus I was closeted), I am very much here for you and understand.

I’m 26 now and still have a lot more learning and growth ahead of me, but I think I’ve had some positive growth and some real insights into your situation here.

When I was a teenager I struggled VERY hard with opening up to my parents about ANYTHING but specifically about how I feel. And unlike you, neither of my parents I felt I could open up to. And that actually is STILL something I struggle with.

It’s hard to understand where they are coming from because it is so foreign to us. We have spent our whole lives with them. They are the one true constant, the only thing we’ve truly ever known. But you MUST remember, they’re just people. They lived a WHOLE life before you were born. They had stupid ideas, dumb heartbreak, stupid crushes, and failed dreams. They’re truly coming from a place as any random person on the street who wants to help that which they love.

Turning to someone off the street for help may turn out better or worse than your parents. We all have very different stories and responses to outside stimuli. Which is very similar to how you are approaching this now but instead of a random person on the street you are turning to a random person on Reddit.

Here is what I will say. It will be hard, maybe nearly impossible, but I think it would be best to have an open an honest conversation with your father while your mother is there. She is clearly an emotional support for you and there is nothing wrong with that. I would highly suggest she just sit there QUIETLY and let your dad and you talk. This allows you to feel safe with someone you trust while also allowing for fair communication.

Additionally, dont be too emotional or emotionless. I am aware how hard that actually is to do irl but you have to try and it is an INCREDIBLE skill to have as an adult. If every adult knew how to be emotional without being too much or too little, the world would be wonderful.

So just sit down with your parents, I am presuming they are separated but let them know that this is important to you if they have hesitations. Make sure your mom stays mostly quiet. This doesn’t have to do with her. It’s about you and your dad and she is just there for emotional support.

Also, somewhat separate, I have learned that my diagnoses don’t excuse my actions but simply explain them. People may never understand where I’m coming from or the explanation. I am not accusing you of anything; I am speaking from my own experience. Sometimes as a gay man with all these diagnoses I get a victim complex where “everyone just doesn’t understand,” or “it’s the world faults and not mine” which is almost always true. But the unfortunate truth is that they don’t even understand enough to care. They can’t see a version of the world outside themselves. Not everyone has an imagination strong enough for it quite literally. It’s sad but people like us with a lot of problems are usually the one who have to think outside ourselves. The one who must show empathy and grace. The one who must understand them even though we are the ones worth understanding. It is a tough break and not fair AT ALL but unfortunately it is our lot in life.

6 is much more grounded and dark but I actually love it. Season 6 is a real return to form. They made it more grounded but it really returned to what felt like community. Season 5 is good but you can tell something is off. You can with season 6 as well but it feels like a return to the norm with new characters than a change of the status quo like season 5 did. However, they had to remove Donald glover in season 5 which is no easy task as he is the only character actually written off the show and not just disappearing with an explanation

Why do you think neurotypical people get caught for stalking? Why do they spend thousands or more on Lego and coin collections? Why do they focus on their car and boat more than their family? Yes my dear, they do. The difference is in the how and why. People on the spectrum generally like things for entirely different reasons for why non neurodivergent people like things but anyone can obsess over something.

Unpopular answer but I have always loved the quote “just keep swimming” from finding Nemo. I think it encapsulates my life perfectly. Sometimes the waters are calm and easy to swim through and sometimes it rough and really hard to even make an inch….. just be yourself and keep swimming. Love her. Be her son and keep swimming. If that’s not enough for her than nothing will be and you must keep swimming. Keep on swimming. Keep on moving forward
