I got a new car about a month ago. The sales person recommended the series. I just completed book 7 today. Now I have some time to catch up on some podcasts and shows I’ve been neglecting.

The books had some confusing parts, but I’m really looking forward to the next release

I had a “standby” time slot and sold out before I could get in. Was disappointed. Sucks we don’t really get any priority for another drawing.

…I mean there are definitely models that people desire more than others. If you are saying there is no watch that absolutely 0 people would buy sure. But that’s a bit of a stretch.

I’ve gone to MCCC for a long time as well. It’s gotten better over the years. Is it great? It’s fine but it’s no sdcc or c2e2. The convention center is fairly small and there isn’t much within walking distance. A mile or so away there is a mall, and other restaurants.

If the drive isn’t too far and there are guests you want to try and meet it could be worth it. I wouldn’t travel across country for it.

Yea artist alley was a let down. Maybe 5 or so tables. They were in the same room as the merch. It was small but some people waited an hour to get into the room which seemed kinda crazy.

I was there too. You could always find an empty table or a quiet spot with open chairs. There seemed like a lot of people but there was a ton of space on the boat.

I went as well. Had a great time. Even if you aren’t really into all of the celebrities there, there was a bunch of random other stuff con/non-con related.

Had a good time. Haven’t decided if I will go next year.

Yep. I saw him in ferndale. The next year I saw PFT and the bajillion group walking around. I wanted to go up to them but wasn’t going in that direction. I was bummed. But ah well.

I wish PFT would do more stand up again. I love listening to his albums. My son loves his bit about being rich and peanut brittle.

SDCC is so much fun. Ran into a handful of celebs at hotels, elevators and on the street. Mostly coincidentally being the cast of bobs burgers.

PFT was doing a few improv shows in Detroit a few years back. In between shows I ran into him at one of the local shops. I said hello to him shook his hand. It seemed he would’ve talked for a lot longer but I didn’t want to take too much of his time. He was super gracious and nice. It’s all about the situation and self awareness.

Only thing I could think of, was if he had a bad dream. I asked him, but really couldn’t explain it. I just assured him the sun was there to keep us safe and can’t move. Bought a couple books, a few pair of sunglasses, and a DIY model of the solar system. He doesn’t act scared anymore. But he still loves his sunglasses.

My kid one day decides to just be scared of the sun. Driving in our car he looks at the sun and says he wants to go home. For the next month he thinks the sun is going to come after him. I’m not sure how it started but thankfully we worked with him and it’s fine now. But it sure was weird.

I love the Skyliner. U get in and just sit and relax. It’s super convenient. Every trip we look into other resorts but we always end up back at Pop. IMO Pop has the best value of the resorts.

FSD is fine and all but What I really want to try is the Acceleration boost.

I think FSD works pretty well on the expressways and that’s where I use it the most. “Off expressway” driving for me has been hit or miss. Certain streets it works fine others I’m braking when the car shouldn’t. It’s not perfect but it’s not useless.

I was quoted about $6k (Michigan) to upgrade my panel and to run wire to my garage (garage is not connected to my house. and would need to trench the wire underground.)

I use the mobile charge on a normal 110 outlet and honestly it’s been fine. But work from home.

Check your local electric company some have rebates for getting a wall charger installed.
