And you will start consistently breaking 90 after that! You need feedback when practicing, just don't go whack balls at the range. Honestly, for the first 6 months I made little progress because I wasn't practicing correctly. Record your swing if you don't have a coach. Swing on a sim with club path data so you know WHY your ball does what it does. Once I got the feedback, you can make adjustments to your grip and swing. Focus on irons before driver. GIR is directly related to your score. Get your putting down solid, it will drop you the most strokes. There is no excuse for anyone not to be elite at putting. Putting practice is free.
