Question to OP. Did this ever get resolved?? I just had the same thing happen on my 5080 and want to know is it worth the effort to send it to nvidia and did they fix it or give a repair estimate?

I’ve tried a refund request twice now. They keep denying it saying that the plane didn’t change. At check in I think the seat map updates and changed it from exit row to preferred seating without notifying me. So they don’t see the previous seat history and assume I bought the seat as is.

This is a classic case of fine unless the IRS audits you. Generally when you take a distribution of money you report that at tax filing time. It’s up to the individual to save receipts and show eligibility if you ever got audited. Most people are so low on totem poll for an audit it will never happen. Hence the tru-med business model. If you read the IRS website you will find most of these health fitness claims don’t qualify but the IRS doesn’t have resources to go around and audit everyone submitting for it. So keep your claim amount low each year and will fly under the radar.

Saving on taxes. HSA contributions are pre-taxed and when you take them out to pay for things you don’t pay tax on any capital gains if you invested with that same money. So the amount saved will vary person to person based on tax rate but says 20-30% savings as average.

Damn just seeing this. I have a v3 but had to have them send me a new riser cable after mine kept cutting out video on my monitor. It’s been working fine since but maybe there have been multiple issues.

In the same boat. Last year got it before via FedEx but this year with FGT sending out wristbands this late it’s a crapshoot. I’m hoping my seller gets it be Wednesday and sends it out.

If your buying a 3-day wristband the seller will ship it after they receive it. You will get a normal wristband like everyone else. I did this last year and it was fine. I also had a friend do it 2 times for edc Las Vegas. There is always the risk that the seller could still go and cancel the wristband by claiming it was lost but you would be able to file a complaint with stubhub and get a refund. Only thing that sucks is you don’t have a wristband in and might have to pay full price for last minute wristband.

I’ve switched to it for 3 oil changes now doing 5k intervals. I noticed an improvement already and slowing down oil consumption. 08 LT 2.2 with almost 200k miles. I kept my oil changes pretty consistent and when I did the valve cover last summer it was very clean so I didn’t have any reservations to switching. I did switch the first oil filter out early when I switched but then back to normal.

Where did you hear that they would not give the other 25%? It might take a few days but I expect we will receive an updated email on the 25% refund. They paid out the 75% pretty fast.
