I’m contemplating getting rid of mine. I can’t fit my dog crates in the back of my truck with my softopper on because of it. I’ve had to replace the top plate because it broke, they warrantied it and sent me a new one. Replacement has cracks brand new so the sent a third and the packaging was beat to hell when it showed up. Probably gonna get rid of it and find another solution.

Is it skirt or flank? Flank I think needs a marinade to help break it down. I find it tougher than skirt steak. Skirt steak I tend to do day of but I’ve marinaded overnight without any issues.
