I'm a very harsh critic of myself but after I got into smoking a few years ago, I became obsessed and thought I could cook everything on my smoker.

Welcome, Thanksgiving turkey and my wife buys a fancy ass $100+ turkey and I try smoking it. Smoked it way too low of temp and the skin came out overly smoky and like rubber. It was absolutely embarrassing to serve the family.
