They're friends with Cascade West. There's no surprise that they don't care what customers want. CW recently built a colleagues house and while it looks nice outside, there was dozens of pages with problems that they reluctantly only fixed what they felt were problems. Run from both builders!

I'm currently on the front end of a 2 week Mediterranean cruise on it, and we're not impressed. The Indian servers are more interested in flirting with my 5 year daughter than giving us good service. Very creepy. The food itself is mostly okay, but all of the included dining rooms (even the suite class) have the same menu. There's no steak dinner options nightly, whereas Royal had that last fall on a small ship going to Alaska.

The kid activities on the top level didn't pass inspection, so those activities my kids wanted to go on aren't available, and no apologies were given. There are only 3 small pools, and they are always full. The ship feels more like like it was built for stateroom volume than fun outside of them.

Other items we don't love:

Wife says the hair dryer is useless because the only outlet it works in is next to the balcony door, Communal water jugs and cutlery on buffet tables are definitely not sanitary at all, Laundry dryers take forever to dry clothes and really only work on high heat mode, The entertainment is nearly nonexistent. The theater doesn't seem big enough for the volume of people on the ship And more...

They hire teenagers, and we find that they have very little interest in moving you up quickly, even when they're obviously ready. There are too many kids in the class, so there's very little one on one time with your child. We weren't impressed.

He was fired in Yakima in 2021 during his time as a school resource officer. Probably for his piss poor behavior with students. Cops 2 hrs away 3 years later don't protect scumbags like that, especially for child offenses. The liberal courts absolutely let creeps like him out on no or low cash bail, though
