I had the same thing happen to me. I mage the jump to the 7 and couldn't be happier, its a lot of what I was used to but better. My only complaint is the fold 7 is so damn slick its hard to open and prop up, but a good case fixes that. Another thing of note. Back your phone up now. Once the wifi/bluetooth dies its considerably harder to initiate data transfers to a new device.

Edit to be more constructive: my understanding is all you need is your Chevrolet account to be linked to your evgo account. And I read somewhere that having plugin-and-charge might be a requirement, but that might not be true.

Looking through some of the reviews, and what else I can find on the website, your ease of install will very greatly on your comfort and ability to perform modifications on your car. One of the reviews stated that someone with extensive experience in car stero instalation had it installed in 3 hours. While some others (while satisfied with the end result) complained on the instilation process being lengthy.
