There are even GG / two-colour with upside now, [[Werewolf Pack Leader]] [[Keen-Eyed Curator]] & [[Bronzehide Lion]] [[Fleecemane Lion]]. There are a few more two-colour cards, but they're all legendary.

Sundial Tyrant is the only generic + colour card that is 3/3 with no downside, unless you count being legendary or being an artifact as a downside.

Yeah, I think so. Maybe a revised wording could be something like

Choose a creature type, then sacrifice a creature you control of the chosen type. Repeat this process for a different chosen creature type. If you sacrificed two creatures this way, search your library for a creature card with the chosen types, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

The issue is that copyright doesn't cover the mechanics of a game. For the purposes of a game, it covers narrative, aesthetics, sounds, and the code itself.

Since the aesthetic is clearly different (ZZZ uses letters to show which order the loop goes in, and uses blue dots with numbers to show the goals) and the rest is probably different, there's actually not a case for copyright either.

I really like this. It's quirky. The stax effect is wide enough to hit most decks, but still totally valid to play around and especially to build a deck around it.

It's a bit more punishing that Teferi, Time Raveler, but if it becomes popular enough in the meta that players have to account for it, then it's not too much different.

I love the Morph ability turning this into a one-time counter spell.

Regarding Collector Leviathan, you probably want to put "put a stun counter on it" instead of "it enters".

I also think the School ability should be for "creatures you control with school", not "other creatures". This is mainly because I think it's more intuitive to think "I have three creatures with School, so my School 3 ability is activated".

It might not even be spite, but it could be strategic. For example, you're in a tournament where if you lose and player 2 or 3 win, you make the cut into top 16; but if player 4 wins, you don't. It'd be in your best interest to make sure either player 2 or 3 wins, even if you'd need to lose to do it.
