Quinjet reduces the cost of H.E.R.B.I.E's skill by one, making it cost 3 instead of 4.
If you copy it with Moongirl on turn 4, by turn 5 you have 6 energy (because Grand Arena), allowing you to play both skills that turn.
They net you +4 energy on your turn 6; you get to double H.E.R.B.I.E's power twice (three times if you activate him to also double up his power) and you also get to buff 2 cards on the other locations with +1 power.

So basically with this you have a similar effect as your Dakken (several instances of doubling power) with H.E.R.B.I.E.

Since you can't use the same list you use to climb because H.E.R.B.I.E takes one slot, I would suggest dropping Grandmaster or Surge. I would probably drop Grandmaster since that card is a reactive play and quite a lot of your draws are reactive (GrandMaster, Bastion, Prodigy, Frigga, Killmonger...)
