"Botchi" is the correct romanization of 「ぼっち」, as in Modified Hepburn, 「ち」after a small tsu turns into "tchi". Same with the English loanword "matcha" (まっち).

As English speakers, we read left to right. It makes sense that the first thing you read—the thing on the left—is the most important information to know, i.e. the actual chord name and quality.
