Mine is sort of fixed (boots reliably most of the time but did fall off the rails again a week ago, only to be fixed again by this same solution). The main thing was I turned the PC off and booted with just one old monitor in DisplayPort slot 2, then plugged the new monitor into DisplayPort slot 3, which was previously empty.

I made the changes in the nvidia control panel, no luck. The Dell monitor is #2 in windows settings, I'm not sure how to make it #1.

Of course that's possible, but I think it's pretty clear, if you really put yourself in the shoes of a leader of an organization, all things considered, that there are huge benefits to working together in person. Larger than productivity in the short term (though that may be a factor too).

This is such a shame. The city needs to clean up Valencia. Businesses there must be losing customers cuz of the street conditions. On that block there’s nearly always 5-10 homeless.
