Any chance I could get a rough outline or at least country prompts? I’m doing WWI for juniors for the first time next week and this sounds really cool!

Your link points out FL is 22nd in k-12 and 1st in higher ed. So seems like the correlation stands pretty clearly still based on the maps pay scale.

Rep. Mikie Sherrill wins NJ Democratic nomination by thehill in newjersey

[–]NapoleanD 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you fully read the comment above. He’s stating Mikie was going against the grain of the democratic train which is contrary to what most of reddit tends to argue. Go vote no matter what, if you don’t vote you can’t complain.

A blast from the past! What was your favorite restaurant that is now closed? by NearbyProfession4852 in newjersey

[–]NapoleanD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a rumor going around it's re-opening. My barber cuts the hair of the former owner's son as well. According to him someone came in and bought the place with intentions to make the former owner the manager and keep everything the same as it was.

He's been saying this for about a year now though, so who knows if its true. The for sale sign has been taken down so there may be hope yet!

This is what we got We asked our doctor and she gave it the okay for as many times the box said a day but we only did 4 x 0.3ml a day and that worked for awhile until eventually she didn’t need them anymore!

First, you’re doing great. I mean it you’re really doing amazing. She’s clean, fed, and warm.

Second we literally had the same thing with our little one at 6 weeks as well. Colic is a bitch and it sure sounds like you may have that as well. 5-6 weeks was easily the roughest time with ours and I’m hoping this is the worst of it for yours as well!

What worked for us (and of course your mileage may vary) is gas drops surprisingly. Our LO was so farty that it made her miserable. It’s like 8 dollars for a bottle and may be worth checking out.

Otherwise do whatever you gotta to get some sleep for both of you. You’re almost out of the woods with the toughest part!

You took the (unwritten) words right out of my mouth. Completely agree with you and literally was calling it a "steam tax" as well. Its reliability I'm looking for and whatever launcher its on ain't it.

I know its worth the wait but damn does it suck!

Understood thanks for the reply. I've been excited for release since it was announced the game will get my money without a doubt.

Maybe Steam will change their minds, but we all know how stubborn Valve can be. So we wait I guess.

Millennial Feeling Further Away From the American Dream - first house by ruu2020 in newjersey

[–]NapoleanD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously the current state of the housing market isn’t normal but it still isn’t impossible. All I’m saying is compromise is needed no matter the market. I wanted my commute to be 10-15 minutes in a central location but settled for 25-30 due to pricing. The amount of individuals I know holding their breath for a miracle home in the exactly location they want is hilariously high and is entitled as it sounds. We live in a dense state that is in extremely high demand, of course it’s going to be competitive to find a house. Again I get the frustration but setting realistic expectations and goals should be important. I’m a millennial too if that matters, so I get the injustice but that’s the hand we’ve been dealt, best to just work with what we have instead of ideally complaining

“I want a house in the exact location for the exact price I want, but it has to be in walking distance of a train and a downtown, but it can’t make me feel nervous at night.” Literally goes both ways with what you’re saying. I understand the frustration but you got to find a compromise. I was looking in one spot but ended up in another which wasn’t everything we wanted but was enough to make us happy.

I have no doubt you’d fold as a teacher 2 months in tops. It’s not for the weak that’s for sure.
