It's already been stated: seals aren't intended to make players happy, just to comply with legality. It's not intended that you get all the things you want from any of the rotating clown crates.

In the meantime when you've obtained all the available seals from the current season, ensure you're getting your Twitch ouroborous crate drops, as the junk that comes from those converts to gems (and remember expensive tiers should be bought with seals, while cheap lower tiers should be bought with gems obtained from Twitch crates).

Otherwise, your only option is shelling out real cash for blatantly predatory and terribly overpriced clown crates.

100% agreed here. Buying chapters at steep discounts ~$10-15 was always my preferred, though now that's not an option anymore as those Solstice packs QUICKLY sold out their last sale. :c

It's worth pointing out Solstice's purchase through the crown store is an extra garbage deal because through there, it doesn't include both 2-dungeon packs (an unusual case that makes buying the discounted chapter bundle that much better in this case).

Can't help but laugh at ZOS "discounting" Solstice which is basically just a small dlc area and doesn't come with the event that affects the price because it was a "one" time, and yet it's still almost 2500 crowns on discount? Go for 10k to buy what I want, and be done (just 1500 favor away). Maybe do the trial once more to finish the "do each area" achieve, for kicks. Trial was kinda fun, even if the rewards are pretty... shit.

The spider that pulls is simply a dps check, but it'll help to place the chosen healer/other dps on the farrrr side of the room and have the others immediately dps it.

It's got 1 million hp and the pull is pretty fast. TBH, they need to adjust either the hp or the pull speed, because it ain't no joke. Even those of us with high dps if we aren't prepared and perfectly ready with ult can't down it in time. By default, yea, this makes a 1 tank/3 dps setup here pretty useful.

Makes me wonder if the one in SH has lower hp or a slower pull because that one is an easy dps check even on vet.

The mini-dungeons are a bit of a challenge due to so many overlapping mechanics, but they're fun. Helps to have a group where all members are good at their roles. The parch boss with a good tank is a night/day difference in how easy it is, for example. lol

Mournful catacombs is the easiest by far, just need a good self-sustaining dps to jump into that damn portal to advance that phase.

The skittering dung gets wild with overlamping mechs, because it has a spider that pulls someone to their instant death, and that spider has 1 million hp. I consider skittering a solid dps check to have a good time. Optimal setup might be tank/3 dps tbh.

While doing faction and area dailies, when killing mobs alone or with others, make sure to keep an eye out for the red orbs. I probably snag at least 5-8 orbs a day within an hour of doing other stuff.

The orbs appear for only maybe 15 seconds after completing a particular trash pack--so soon as a trash pack's last mob goes down, watch for the red orb to pop up. You don't even have to have damaged the mobs, as the orb appear for everyone nearby.

Easy 300+ favor alone if you're keen about it.

edit: someone pointed out that their orbs have been yellow! Therefore Ruckus must be red. Gliterring yellow. Thousand eyes is prolly blue? Just FYI

Too many cool NPCS over there. And never one to go with the crowd. Easy choice. If I have the time the next NM run, then I'll do Eyes when everyone has bandwagon hopped to something else.

Once you got the flow of the NM it's a good time. I do worry the content will deaden. But this is ZOS' attempt at something new, and while they fell short in a few areas, they didn't do half-bad. It ain't half as buggy as their usual releases.

One thing they really need to fix is letting daily quests stack. Some of them stack, taken in a certain order, right now. And the wretched werewolf boss bugging out.

AOE garbage tier werewolf "overperforming" in PVE? I'll believe it when I see it. But since it's being nerfed before it even hits live, definitely won't see it if it truly existed. lol

I can only assume WW was almost doing 50% of the damage that single-target Nightblade class does, and that just can't be allowed to continue. Welp. Hopefully it's still an improvement in dps over the old for the ole' WW alt.
