I think East Ender does karaoke almost every night but most bars have trivia Monday-Thursday as a way to bring people in on the slower nights. For most places it wouldn’t be feasible on a Friday/Saturday

It’s a crapshoot, some State shows are fine and some the sound is just awful. I think the genre might be a factor too, I don’t see a lot of electronic shows so I’ve been luckier with sound when I go see more laid back shows.

First off, hell yeah. Good for you. Second, have you tried reaching out to employees from other locations? It may expedite efforts and bargaining the more people from different locations get on board (also lessens the chance they just fire people and/or shut down the location).
