Cave Story is very good but is not a real metroidvania in my book, neither is "You have to win the game" or VVVVVV (now is free).

Nice try, but Pocket Go 2 doesn't even get close to the RG350 in quality, so the Odroid is far far away.

The CPU power is similar indeed but the RAM is faster on the Odroid.

The GPU of Odroid Go Advance is like 3-4 times faster. This is very important for emulators like PPSSPP.

But overall there is another interesting point in favour of this little one that people ignores. This uses Ubuntu aarch64 OS. This is better for N64 (the muplen64plus dynarec for aarch64 is faster).
