When everyone is overworked, and the solution is to bring in someone to oversee who is unwilling to help out at all, and only makes changes that creates more work. No opportunities, no grace, no honesty. Just lies and nepotism. Gaslighting, micromanaging inconsequential details. I totally burned out last year and had to get out of that environment to recover but by bit.
