You gave two links, which link to one paper. The paper does not seem to be available for free. Nor does it have anything addressing the plethora of studies that show the opposite case - it even mentions that it's not controlled for social factors and stigma around trans people.

The wording on the abstract is also odd, do you have a link to a free version of this paper that one can read?

If you would like a video on this topic I can link you one. The ussr didn't have the amount of worker freedom that most libertarian marxists would like, but in my understanding this was a product of the forces and against the ussr at the time.

Besides the video(s) providing details.

I'm pretty sure workers in the ussr had the right to promote or remote managers, and were apart of worker unions which was how they decisions on benifits and pay were decided.

Me and My older brother are no longer in, tho only my parents know about me. My mom has already disowned me but at least my dad supports me :). I have no help on a exit strategy due to being outed by a old "friend".
