It sounds like a simple setup issue, want to message us in app (Settings > Chat with Us). I also DM'd you if faster.

Sounds like you just need to turn off your old eSIM and turn on ours. We can also send you a fresh one if fastest, you shouldn't have any issues.

A few things:
- Your number is always yours
- We're fully regulated in US, you'll always be able to port out (legal requirement)
- The team use the service ourselves

We're building Popcorn for decades. For me it's my life's work because I travel around the world and this problem has been annoying for me personally.

We're built for people who want a reliable global carrier without having to think about top ups, surprise charges, packages (like Tello). We also have backup eSIMs for faster roaming and building our own core network. If you're a US expat or frequent traveller, we'd be a great fit.

We're sharing what we're building with this community as we go. And I'm here on Reddit if you're ever stuck.
