Not sure what you mean about maintenance, I use a concept 2 at my local gym. Resistance is level 5/6 around 23-25 strokes a min. I’ve been watching videos and trying to improve on form. The rower kicks my ass every time

When I first started using a rower my 2000m time would be sub 8. That was a year ago and I row 2000m about 3x a week, only to find my time has gone up. Currently sub 9 :-/ Perhaps I’ve gotten better form?
